so. 15 minute run

30 sec. rounds
12 rounds of rapidfires
6 rounds of shoeshines
10 pushups
8 rounds of jabs
20 pushups
8 rounds of 1-2's
6 rounds of 1-2-hooks
4 rounds of 1-1-2's

1 set of 20 pushups
1 minute of planks
1 set of 15 pushups
2 sets of 40 scissors
1 set of 20 scissors
3 sets of 20 dips
100 tiggers

Monster's workout dont make sense.. whatevers.
