Default looks like Klitschko-Pianeta

German network RTL has approved the Italian-German Francesco Pianeta for the HW champion's next opponent. Yeah this guys' record is complete ****, but he is a southpaw and he's physically just as big as Wladimir - that makes this matchup somewhat interesting. Apparently Solis was considered, but his promotional issues killed the bout.

So if Wlad ends up dominating Pianeta (28-0-1), then Povetkin (25-0) in the late summer and maybe somebody like Fury (20-0) at the end of the year, that's a pretty good 2013 for the champ. Then consider that Vitali will be retired by year's end and that opens up a unification match with Arreola (who will be handed the WBC belt by Jose Suliaman) next year.

Then you got guys like Price, Wilder, Jennings and Pulev coming up who will be ready to challenge in 2014.
