Little strength training routine..
5 Minutes on elliptical to warm up
10 One legged squats each leg (holding pole for assistance)
15 Lunges with 30 lb dumbells, than 10 with 40s, than 10 with 35s
8 Pull ups
Bench Press 10 x 115
20 High steps each leg on to bench
Repeated three times, damn I am weak, haha.
