the trainers are going to do what they will do...but its stance....punching (proper single shots)....combinations....defense.....countering (defense and offense combined)....sparring......some controlled..some working on certain sparring..by 10 weeks you should be sparring for real.....going close to a actual fight situation.



in 15 weeks you are still going to look like shit though. dont worry about trying to run any more than 3 miles...these are going to be 3 2 minutes rounds I am guessing...for the most part hard 1 and two miles and sprint work is what you want to do....800m and 400 m especially.... also hill work...i like finding a good hill...two minutes up...walk down for 1 minute....back up...repeat.
