Yeah that's why I mentioned them, there's minimal impact on any joints. The last thing you need during a weight-loss regime is a setback due to an injury, and then finding that you've put the weight back on. Also, (I don't know you're situation at all so this may not be possible) but if you got yourself a dog you'd find that you have
to go for that walk every day. Whereas you might not bother otherwise, especially if it's ****ing down outside or you've got other things to do.
