We have current world champs : Hatton, Woods, Witter, Calzage
Former world champs: Benn, Eubank, Bruno, Lewis, Nelson, Naz
Exciting new comers: Khan, Mitchell, Duddy, Haye
Fringe contenders: Macrenelli, Magee, Reid, Froch, Arthur

Yet when matchups are thought up British fighters are always the underdogs or completly dissmissed. Credit some people rate Hatton high but what about everyone else.

Does anyone have there own thoughts on the subject or am I wrong and British fighters dont match up to the Americans, Mexicans, Puerto Ricans etc...
Historically American fighters have dominated. I also feel its because British fighters take a very long time to step up to world level such as Hatton, Calzaghe, and Naz.
