Default Question about a training schedule-

I just started sparring again last Friday, but sparring only happens in the gym starting at 7:00PM. I usually train during the day when I have the most amount of time 2:00pm until about 4-5 pm. So should I train like I usually do from 2-5, come home for a few hours and eat rest then go back and do a warmup and spar for 3-5 rnds with some bag work or other training after that?
