Nah brav that aint over training! Altho if u wnt, ease up on joggging too much in a week. Increase your floor exercises and maybe up your free weight programs. Shadow box, with 20-30 sec rest in between evry round. Defo dig the heavy bag, it will work ur endurance to throw power punches over a longer period of time. As boxing is more anaerobic in its element, u should try workin on more short explosive exercises.
What i do sometimes, is jog for 1 minute. Then run for the next. Keeping that up until u burn out. This is maximal endurance which will test you greatly.
