5 mile bike ride
10 minutes jump rope (I was early)
2 x 3 shadow boxing
15 minutes warming up
8 x 3 minutes circuit training
8 x 2 minutes circuit training (higher intensity)
2 x 3 minutes light sparring
15 minutes cooling down and stretching
5 mile bike ride
