Aren't Blood Thinners ,Anticoagulants , Antiplatelets ,more or less, the same thing?


Their mechanism seems to be the opposite of that of EPO.

Maybe EPO is dangerous because it thickens the blood,due to the increase in oxygen carrying red blood cells or platelets, leading to increased risk of heart attacks or strokes.
