You want to be Airborne, right? Just run and do loads of push ups and sit ups everyday. No need for the weights. It's not rocket science. I'm currently training with 4 PARA (that's 4th Battalion, The Parachute Regiment for the non Brits) so know what I'm on about. No point in getting into Tabbing or anything else Airborne since US Airborne don't have any real selection criteria, hence are ***gits. But be specific with your log, stop with the ''ran a bit'' stuff. How far did you run? What time did you do it in? Stop being lazy with your log.
