Being mex-american myself but born to 100% mexican parents I gotta agree that JMM makes some sense. To full blooded mexicans, boxing has a different meaning. To them its a way of life and sometimes their hope to get away from poverty its almost like Mui Tai for the Thailand people. I can guarantee you that most top knotch Mex boxers will almost die trying to defend their honor in the ring and thats something I cannot say for my fellow mex americans.
