So, is Marquez envious that Diaz doesn't need a green card?

I don't understand the divide here.

Are they fighting for the " True Mexican " belt or are they fighting for
the " Championship " belt?

And according to Marquez....are " True Mexicans " not allowed to root for
Diaz?

Or am I missing something? Is Marquez saying he is a true Mexi-can
and Diaz is a Mexi-can't?
