anyone here follow crossfit?
i have checked it out and i think some routines are alright but most are ridiculous,
conditioning is supposed to be short and highly intense,
they have routines like 10 deadlifts with heavy weights then 40 pullups followed by 20 dumbbell snatches followed by another high rep of something like barbell military press followed by 15 clap push ups, repeating that about 8 - 10 times.
and they believe if you aren't training in intervals you aint training right
