Been having trouble getting to my boxing gym because of the distance and lack of mobility so i have been doing simple but effective circuits like this along with running two miles every other day to hold me over in between gym sessions. i increase time as weeks go on this is my recent time at the moment.



1) Bench press* or pushups - max in 2:00
2) Squats - max in 2:00
3) Pullups or pulldowns - 2:00
4) Bike or jog - 3:00
5) Military press* - 2:00
6) Lunges - 1:00 each leg
7) Bicep curls - 1:00
Bike or jog - 3:00
9) Tricep extensions.- 1:00
10) squats - 2:00
11) Situps - 2:00
12) Crunches - 3:00
13) Stretch
