been runnin liftin and boxin.
still cannot do a pull up. i cut and blistered my hands trying today.
just got home from the gym its 12:00 at night. i like working out at night more.
did a mile run warm up, then stretched,
did an upper body weight circuit for endurance.
tried to do pull ups.
did a 20 minute interval session on the bike machine. (i.e. started at level 5 for 5 minutes brought it down to level 2, took it to level 7 for 3 minutes, brought it back down to level 2, took it to level 10, then finished off the last minute with a level 3 cool down.)
a light workout i reckon.
