he basically went bankrupt lost his earnings through letting people he trusted fritter his money away.he had several businesses all which went to the wall,plus he had countless hangers on in his huge enterouge.he had no concept of where his money was going,which is ironic because by all accounts he was a real tough sob when negotiating his purses which he largely did himself often threatening to pull out of fights in order to extract the best deal.
