Default Help with a diet.

Right now im just eating green vegetables, fruit, and things high in protein(like tuna fish), drinking milk, tea, water, and diet soda every now and than..

What exactly should i be eating for dinner and such, and what are some vegetables or fruits that are especially good.

I am 5'5 132 and want to get down to about 120, im about an average build, not at all fat, but im not tight either.
