Based on what is my point? 3 fights against average fighters? (By average I mean championship level, not average overall)
He LOOKS like you possibly could include him in the discussion - but there's really no convincing counter arguments for him. You can't say BASED ON xyz that he did, then I think.. like you can with Hearns, SRL etc.
He has done nothing at welterweight to convince me he should be part of that discussion. Nor at light welter either to be honest.
