My old boss was just like that, they were obviously bullied at school so it's like a new power-trip for them to boss others around. My last boss was one of those cunts with a double-barrelled surname and insisted being called his first name in full. Obviously I called him 'Rob' all the time just to piss him off. Lol, what a cunt.
