I have to go with Ramirez largely due to his advantages in power and chin.
Both fighters were pretty slow (Ramirez was slower), both had solid technique (Castillo probably a little better), both had good power (Ramirez a little more) and both had good chins (Ramirez a little better).
I can't see it being any other way than toe to toe action. In a toe to toe war, Ramirez wins because of his slightly better power and chin. Castillo will probably be leading at the time by a few rounds, but I see Ramirez stopping him late in the fight, probably around the 12th or 13th round.
