I think,the best way to improve one's ability to push around guys in the ring is strangely enough pushing around guys in the ring.

A fighter like Foreman wasn't particularly weak anywhere.He was however heavily muscled in his hips .This gave him a low centre of gravity.

He used his strong calf,shin and feet muscles,as a base.

From this base,he would just lower his hips and using the muscle power there push an opponent,manouevring them-without losing his own balance.
