Yeah, they know this Nevada Comission lets cheaters go through. They seem to have made good experiences in the past. Suddenly blood tests right before the fight don't matter, it's the bad USADA comission which does proper tests.

Possible but I never seen any proof of that up to now... On the other hand, the USADA previously had a history of letting athletes get by with cheating in the past...that's been proven. (I believe Carl Lewis, among others..)
