In reality, he was fit, tough and has good power and decent skills. He's certainly a big 168. If you consider Mger Mkrtchian, Calzaghe's 14th defence, had an 18-1 record at the time and had only fought once outside Russia.
With regards to Choc's performance, he would probably be a little disappointed. More attacking and he may have scored a late KO. But it was an average performance, nothing more nothing less.
Mger Mkrtchian was WBO mandatory after beating Barr - so they don't really compare. Futhermore Mkrtchian went on to beat Chanet for the EBU title and lost a SD to Gogiya - Nievas is never going to get even close to beating guys like Barr and Chanet. It's not the record it's the abilities - Nievas' are limited at best and Mundine shouldn't be fighting a guy like that - if he want to keep fit he can sparre guys like that - but to demand money of people to see a fight like that and call it a worldchampionship-fight is utter ****.
