SUNDAY

TODAYS EATS
1 sesame snap pack, 2 cornmeal muffins, 1 cup tea
1 V8, 1 multi vite, 2 fish oil
1 cup salad
2 bowls of pea soup (with ham), 2 slices bread, 1 cinnamon roll
2 cups milk
1 cup tea, 1 cup pickles (grandmas homemade ones...mmm)
1 bowl salad, 1 v8
---running total--
6 grain, 12 fruits and veg, 1 meat, 2 dairy
