Tabata burpees with 40lb weighted vest on
Tabata thrusters with 2x20lb dumbells
Tabata neider presses with 2x5lb dumbells
-I'll lighten the vest on the burpees until I can go at a faster pace, I wasnt breathing as hard as I should have been. Tabata thrusters and neider presses are only hard on the shoulders. All in all a failed workout unless I was looking to burn up the shoulders..

1 bowl vector, 1 fruit&veg source bar, 1 pack of sesame seed snaps
3 cups aloe vera juice
1 ham sandwich (pickles, banana peppers, lettuce, onions, sweet onion mus****)
1 piece french bread
roast, mashed potatoes, corn, 2 cups coffee
1 ham sandwich (same as before)
1 cup aloe vera juice
1 cup chocolate milk
1 cup tea
---running total---
7 grains, 9 fruits & veg, 2 dairy, 2-3 milk
