2 eggs, 2 toast, 1/2 pack of bacon, 1 cup juice
2 coffee
2 bowls salad, 1 cup juice
1 fruit source bar, antipasto + *******s, 1 cup tea
2 chicken drumsticks, 1 cup green beans, canned peaches (about 3)
1 cup milk
---running total---
5-6 meat, 4 grains, 12-13 fruits & veg, 1 dairy
