snowball fight was my cardio today lol

1 fruit source bar, 1 coffee
2 bowls of "stuff" (curried rice, hamburger, peas)
1 coffee, 1/2 banana split (1 scoop ice cream, 1/2 banana)
1 bowl stuff
1 big bowl of shepherds pie
1 coffee
1 apple, 1 cup salad
---running total---
10 fruits and veg, 1-2 grains, 1 dairy, 2 meat
