Re: Complete beginners guide to a boxing routine
im looking at getting into boxing, however my cardio is terrible as over the last year i've been focusing on lifting weights. before i even consider walking into my local boxing gym, do you suggest that i ease off the weights and concentrate on my fitness for the next 4-5 months? if so, what can you recomend to get me started? light jogs, sprints? etc. Also im 20, do you think i've left it too late to start up? cheers.
