If I tried to run every day at 6am because 'it was the best time to run' then I'd rarely go for a run. rarely going for an early morning run <<<< running in the evening on a regular basis.
I used to run in the early morning. But, I now prefer running around 22:00 to 01:00, since temperatures have started to rise. I sit around on my bum the whole day, so I actually look forward to it. I follow that with some skipping. By the time I've showered and answered a few e-mails, I feel properly relaxed and ready for bed.
