  • Resistance: Maximum (Level 15)
  • Revolutions: 1,691 Revolutions
  • Carbs Burned: 163 Carbs
  • Calories Burned: 933.7 Calories
Notes: I've been neglecting the weight training portion of my goals. I keep trying to tell myself to do it but one thing or another keeps making me procrastinate and ignore it. All bull**** aside, I'm gonna hit the weights next week for sure.
