The thing is, as I've said before, most of you don't know **** all about weight training.
If you use weights properly you can only get better at your sport. You cannot get worse, and if you're doing it right you wont even get bigger.
oh and BTW Mayweather, the klitschkos, Haye, Hatton and probably also Pacquio use weights, and most other boxers do too.
