It's been up for over a week.
Even if you were procrastinating until after the weigh-in (or to collect payment from Bute-Brinkley and/or Tarver-Aguilera) you've had all of last night and this morning to do so.
There's almost always a cushion of at least a few hours between the cutoff and the event itself.
