- No Strength Training.

- 10 Rounds of Interval Training:
  • Run Time: 40 Minutes 14 Seconds
  • Inclination: 30 Degrees
  • Resistance: Maximum (Level 15)
  • Revolutions: 1618 Revolutions
  • Carbs Burned: 157 Carbs
  • Calories Burned: 900.3 Calories
Notes: Didn't do any weight training today. My back, traps, and arms were still too sore from the thai clinch work from Tuesday.
