I think it works well as the burpee is an explosive full body movement and my CV system is going to be greatly challenged.
I do this for six rounds with a 30 second break in between- the workout could be made harder by making the exercise duration longer, doing more rounds, adding weights or hitting a punch bag or sparring in the punching intervals.
Could someone pleas describe what happends in the burpees?
I'm new here, so maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I just can't see the video?
