a.m. 30 mins run up my usual mountain and walk back down. I love uphill running because none of my joints suffer at all as I'm trotting so slowly. Will run a flat course at the weekend to see how my running is doing.

Horizontal rows (on rings)
Dips (on rings)
Thrusters with 20 kg sandbag
Snatches (with 20 kg dbs)
