5x3 minutes shadow boxing (1 minute rest)

4x25 v-ups
4x50 crunch+tuck
2x25 shit-ups (3kg behind neck)
2x50 knee tucks (hands behind neck)
2x75 crunches
Side plank, 1 minutes then 1 minute 30 seconds on each side.
