Best Hungarian fighters besides Erdei nowadys are the above mentioned super-middleweight prospect/contender Károly Balzsay, who is champion material according to most experts and his trainer Fritz Sdunek. There are the Bedák brothers, the older one - Zsolt is already in the paid ranks but his younger-brother Pál will follow him soon. There is Attila Kovács who is IBO light-middleweight titleholder and cruiserweight WBF champ György Hídvégi. There are some tough but not really world-class fighters like József Matolcsi who holds the WBF light middleweight title and some others like József Nagy etc.
