1x100 crunch+tuck
1x150 crunches
1:40 side plank on both sides

30 minutes cardio and conditioning at gym

3 minute rounds, 45 second rests.

3 rounds heavybag
3 rounds shadow boxing
3 rounds double-end bag
3 rounds heavybag
2 rounds sit-ups
2x2minutes 30 seconds sparring.
