He had beaten the unbeatable fighter first time round by finding a subtle flaw in their style and exploiting it. In the second fight the unbeatable fighter would not make the same mistake and would not get surprizesd.

Totally disagree. Robinson rematched Turpin
just 2 months later and beat him. Louis rematched Schmeling
2 years later. Totally different scenario. Robinson was pretty much the finished package whilst Louis was definitely progress in the works. Robinson had already won over 120 fights, he had no glaring technical deficiencies.
I'll give that Turpin may have been an awkward fight for Robinson stylistically.
