i dont have the specific days i go but anyway, my priority is chest and biceps
so every time i go i excise chest and biceps plus add something extra like back shoulders triceps or anything else, than set ups then a mile or 2 run with the speed going up and down
I used to do that too...its not good. You should give your muscles time to recover before working them out again. My priority is biceps and chest too. My biceps are filling out great! All the chicks at my job say they can tell the difference.
Chest takes so long man. I hate it. I used to just do flat, incline and decline benches.
But man I started doing high, medium and lower cable flys standing up. HUUUGE difference. It partition on my chest is growing and my lower chest is getting bigger as well. I tighten up my chest after every rep. Great great burn.
