You need protein to rebuild technical tears in tissue... you donít really need it if you eat soy or chicken, but it does help.
As well as rebuilding tissue, protein also does the extreme i.e. makes it grow.
You can get the concentrate type in cans.
But really you should be looking at your glycemic index i.e. sweets burn really fast and basmati rice burns really slow.
You would feel sick after round one.
