3. Tony Tucker
4. Tim Witherspoon
5. Pinklon Thomas
6. Carl Williams
7. Trevor Berbick
8. Adilson Rodrigues
9. Tyrell Biggs
10. Mike Weaver

Champion: Wladimir Klitschko
1. Vitali Klitschko
2. David Haye
3. Alexander Povetkin
4. Tomasz Adamek
5. Ruslan Chagaev
6. Eddie Chambers
7. Denis Boytsov
8. Nikolai Valuev
9. Alexander Dimitrenko
10. Chris Arreola
Wlad is definiately a better champion.

Tyson is a better #1 contender than Vitali. - Self explanatory.
Holyfield is a better #2 contender than Haye. - Self explanatory.

Povetkin is a better #3 contender than Tubbs, although Tubbs won the championship from Greg Page, who himself was a descent fighter, but I think Pov could hang with any of them.

Adamek is a better #4 than Witherspoon. Witherspoon lost to Tubbs and Pinklon Thomas, and I think Adamek could hang with those guys.

Chagaev & Thomas are even. Thomas was in with better fighters but lost to most of them. Losses to Berbick, Tyson, Holyfield, Bowe and Tommy Morrison
