Default Training Regiment

Just starting a new training regiment tomorrow:

3 Gallons of Water/Tea Mix through out the day
500 Situps with a 12 lb medicine ball in sets
500 Push ups using perfect push ups in sets
1 hour tread Mill, at 4 miles per hour pace
10 Minutes Speed Bag
10 Minutes Double End Bag
90 Minutes Heavybag

I am 6'3 235 lbs, 30 years old. Thoughts?
