In our gym when someone prepares for a fight spars every day 3-4 rounds*2' with minimum strenth (30-40% of total strenth) and every Friday usually 10-15 rounds (70-80% of total strenth).

That is kickboxing not boxing.
I am sorry about %, it is not a mathematic formula but I couldn't find a way to describe it.
