here is my sort of regimen.
i do cardio everyday except sunday
i lift 3-5x a week depending on my workout because i switch my workout up every 3 weeks
for striking i do boxing, kickboxing, and am planning on starting savate
grappling i dont do anything as of know but i am planning on starting up soon.
for takedowns and defense i do folk, freestyle, and greco-roman wrestling.
also your diet has to be strict only one cheat meal(not day) every other week and 7 meals a day
