Had a slight dietary wobble today. I went out with some friends last night and was craving all the usual snacks today, ate more than I should have.
Knocked it all on the head with a 50 minute run, never sweated so much in my entire life.
Playing football tomorrow afternoon, should be a good sweat. Have started eating rocket salad with a balsamic dressing (very tasty) whilst forcing down vegetables I despise with my dinner. Need to eat more fruit, and my abwork shall begin tomorrow after my football session.
Baby steps, but I feel as if I'm getting there.
