It's a fight for the EBU title in Germany. I know Bayram who is solid at EBU level. He has 2 defeats against Colas and Dzinziruk but he beat Colas in a rematch and Dzinziruk's level is not the EBU level of course. Bayram had a "pro" camp, he sparred with Canclaux and he claims he is ready and in good shape. I don't know much about his opponent who just obtained a good victory on his record against Rubio.
Being an American I never seen either guy. But I've heard Baysangurov is a name to remember. His last opponent Marco Antonio Rubio lost a split decision to Kassim Ouma who was once a champion in this division and Baysangurov won a lopsided decision against Rubio.
