The crowd won the fight for Alexander. Alexander landed more punches but Matt had the harder ones. Matt had a flash KO in round 4. Whenever Alex landed the crowd would go crazy even for the pitty patty ones. Another thing I noticed was that Alex would often steal the rounds at the end. Alex won by split decision.

Quantity or quality?

It goes for 12 weeks. The key is to be consistent over the 12 weeks and hopefully by the end you will have won.
