For just before I go to bed every night, ideally conditioning abs, and including press ups, dips whatever...
was thinkin something like 100 sit ups 3 x 20 dips 4 x 20 press ups 3 x 30 second windshields crunches to fail what else could i add into this, and whats the most effective ab exercises. keep in mind im working out in my room which aint very spacious |
